The new edition is based on more than 415,000 detailed evaluations of lawyers by other lawyers nationally. No fee is charged for those who are listed, nor can a listing be purchased.

Wien & Malkin ceased providing third-party legal advice in the mid-1990s, shifting exclusively to providing services for Wien & Malkin investments. Tom is the lead member of that distinguished group of professionals."

Mr. Keltner, who is also President of Wien & Malkin Securities Corp., has been serving Wien & Malkin investors since 1978. As part of his responsibilities as general counsel, he plays a key role in activities as diverse as the legal structuring of Wien & Malkin's innovative products - including the Strategic Capital partnerships and the Real Estate Long/Short Securities Fund, a hedge fund - and supervising the licensing of the copyrighted image of the Empire State Building.

A native of Oklahoma City, Mr. Keltner was educated at Harvard University and Columbia University Law School, and served as an officer in the U.S. Navy.
